AP II Borong 22 Penghargaan dari Airport Council International

Angkasa Pura II (AP II) semakin memperkuat posisi sebagai salah satu operator bandara terbaik di Asia Pasifik setelah berhasil memborong penghargaan bergengsi dari Airport Council International (ACI).

Tak tanggung-tanggung, AP II secara resmi menerima 22 penghargaan di ajang Airport Service Quality Award (ASQ) 2018 yang diselenggarakan di Bali, Rabu (4/9/2019) malam. Puluhan penghargaan tersebut diterima oleh 6 bandara yang dikelola AP II.

  1. Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II – Pekanbaru

– Best Infrastructure and Facility by Size (2-5 million passengers)

  1. Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II – Palembang

– Best Airport by Size and Region (2-5 million passengers in Asia-Pacific)

– Best Environment and Ambience by Size (2-5 million passengers)

– Best Customer Service by Size (2-5 million passengers)

– Best Infrastructure and Facility by Size (2-5 million passengers)

  1. Bandara Sultan Thaha – Jambi

– Best Airport by Size and Region (Under 2 million passengers in Asia-Pacific)

  1. Bandara Raja Haji Fisabilillah – Tanjung Pinang

“Kombinasi antara pengembangan infrastruktur, pemanfaatan IT, dan peningkatan human resources, membuat bandara-bandara AP II beroperasi dengan efisien, efektif serta memiliki standar pelayanan tinggi yang kemudian diakui penumpang pesawat sehingga kami berhasil meraih penghargaan dari ACI,” Presiden Direktur AP II, Muhammad Awaluddin dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis (5/9/2019).

“Kami selalu berupaya agar bandara-bandara yang dikelola Angkasa Pura II dapat membawa harum nama Indonesia di industri penerbangan global. Penghargaan dari ACI ini juga semakin membuat kami optimistis bahwa Angkasa Pura II dapat mewujudkan road map Go Global.”

Puluhan penghargaan tersebut diberikan dalam rangkaian acara Customer Experience Global Summit 2019 yang digelar di Nusa Dua, Bali, 2-5 September 2019.
